Post 9

After looking over the article on At&t and their negative social media posts, I am impressed by their stragegy in dealing with it. Over the last couple of years At&t has really took off with the iphone, itouch, ipod and ipad and I do also feel that they might take advantage of there costumers. But with some costumers they just want some stuff for free so you have to make sure that the real customers free valued. On the other hand when working for these companys you have to use your best judgement to figure out the customers need.
The problem with facebook is that people get on there and start bashing companys on there status and to there close friends. Not every person that has facebook wants to read about what you are doing every second of the day. Campany have to watch what they say cause customers can commit on there facebook status about them.
