Subject: Advantages to blogging!

Date: December 8Th, 2010

Dear Mr. Florence,

I understand how you can see that blogging might be a disadvantage, but in reality it is good. It gives you a way to state you opinion and help connect to others. Although your opinion may not always sit well with others that does not mean those people will not respect you.

As you can see for yourself that most of the comments and feedback on blogs is positive you will have your bystanders who will be negative just for the sake of being negative. You can not control what everyone will say, but you can control getting your voice out there and where you stand on certain situations. When blogging you are going to have your faithful and loyal customers who give you positive feedback and agree with you. But just because someone leaves negative feedback does not mean you have to take it in a negative way. For all you know the negative feedback could help you change things and than please that customer. Either way it is beneficial.

When you do get negative feedback just reply back very calm and try to see their point of view rather than just jumping to conclusions and assuming they do not like you. When handling negative feedback calm and relaxed it will show other bloggers how you are a respectful business man. Blogging opens up a new communication system between you and others. You might not always hear what you want but good or bad feedback will in return help you and your company out. I feel that once you start to blog you will really understand the advantages to it and end up liking it.

Sincerely,

Courtney Frazee
